I see... The bunch of people around me.
I hear... people lament for their sons, husbands, and people lament for their husbands.
I taste… The fresh air of the diminish air from the smoke from the bombs.
I smell… The soldier’s clothes scent like dirt.
I am a Year 6 student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.
To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - Begin with a greeting. Talk about something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A comment that will mean something to me to let me know you read/watched or listened to what I had to say. - use any language.
3. Something helpful - Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question
Kia ora Ema-Leigh!
ReplyDeleteIt is great to see you back blogging at Gilberthorpe! TM has just finished this activity too! You look like you're inside the set of Harry Potter! It looks amazing - what do you think would be the coolest part of where you are visiting? We found it a bit tricky taking photos of ourselves on our chromebooks because some of the settings had been changed and we had to use our initiative to solve the problem.
What was the hardest part of making your post card?
From Miss W :)

DeleteI have seen the comments and I think they are great! It is great to see you using some awesome sentence starters to help create a quality blog comment. I have been with the Year 3/4 class again this year yes, but I am actually moving to a new school for 2020 :) I'm not sure who is replacing me yet though - I'm sure if you check back next year you might be able to find out :)
Do you know who your teacher for next year is yet? Bet you're excited to know if you don't yet! :)
