 Lockdown Life:

It was sad in lockdown but we got to come back to school so it isn't that bad now.  At school, we did a chart lockdown reflection. We have been working on it for only today but, it was only small so it was really quick and easy to do. I enjoyed doing it because there were a lot of things to choose from.

Reflection: I learnt from this that lockdown there was a lot to do in lockdown.

What I have been doing in lockdown

 kia ora, I am been in lockdown since Tuesday the 17th of August. I have been at my Nana's since Friday the 20th of august. Before I got here I was at my Mum's and before we were in lockdown my cousin was over so she had to stay at my house. I and my cousin Oceania played outside I went on my skateboard in the driveway, she was talking to me while sitting down on a chair. My mum went to the shop when we found out we might be going into lockdown so she can get stuff before it all ran out. We had to stay in our bubble so I didn't go to the park like I normally do. So I had to find something fun to do. I made playdough, played on my skateboard, ate a lot of snakes, and talked to friends on calls and text. 

Well, I have to get going bye hope you like my next post which will also be about the lockdown.

What have you been doing during lockdown?

I think this post is boring and could do better like adding pictures please give me ideas for a post.

Prototec practice

 This term we are focusing on getting faster at recalling our basic facts.  We will be using Prototec to do this.  Here is my first attempt at Stage 6.

Next step: Next time I need to get better at checking my answers.

Next week we are having student-led conferences.  Our whānau are coming to school and we will be sharing some of the learning that we have done this year. I think my parents are proud of me in some way in my learning I mean they should right?

My totally fun Roles and Responsibilities

 What's up, I am going to tell you my Roles and Responsibilities. (They are totally fun not like they are super not serious like making sure a kid doesn't get hit by a car). First I got this from My fabulous teacher Miss Waho. She gave us the doc with the heading and she also gave us some ideas. I have a lot of jobs to do but I couldn't put them all on because I didn't have enough room. Anyway, I did this in a day I didn't really understand so my friends had to help me Orlando, Marsali, and Olivia (at the bottom of my post are their blogs go check them out!!). So now I am going to show you the roles and responsibilities doc so you don't get more bored lol.

Reflection: This helped me with remembering my jobs. Fun fact I have road patrol today and Pals tomorrow and I will tell you what Pals is on my next blog post or I think if you go older post you'll see it.

Beautiful Stars!

Kia Ora, This week My literacy class and I have been learning about Matariki. Matariki is important to the Maori culture to celebrate with whanau. I have got the information from Google and Wonderopolis go check it out for answers. Well here is my learning I also used Canva go used for work it is easy to use but I found it a little hard at first but got used to it. 

What I found that was tricky: I found putting my DLO on here because it was my first time putting something from Canva on my blog. 

What I thought was my best: I thought just using Canva was the best part because I have never used it

I wonder:  If I have put enough information in the slides

Question:  Have you guys ever used Canva before? Or if you have do you find it easy or hard to use? and Do you wanna use it?
